Some bookkeeping first:
Sorry about the extra gobbledygook in the last message.  One thing you can always do if something doesn't look right is click on the "to view in your browser, click here" above and below).  This will open it up in a browser that is more geared toward reading html.  Something apparently happened around the White Rose and then the White/Red Rose that made it read out really strange.

This site also has my past emails here so if there's something you've read, and want to see it again or can't remember where it was, scrolling through this list might help.

For now, try that link above or below and see if your gobbledygook isn't translated into something legible!  And this really is worth it cause Camilla for all her ills, has a regular figure.  That makes it important because she has fitting problems like a lot of us, but she has the expert advise of just about any designer she chooses, and with that expert advise comes some really remarkable looking clothes.

What I've notice lately about Camilla is that while she's refined her style, and many fashion experts say that she looks divine despite her pudgy shape and the look that seems to defy svelte, yet needs to look appropriate all the time, she does just that - look more than appropriate all the time.  She has discovered her look and it makes her look that much more confident and of course now that's she's queen, she pretty much has all she wants.

So the wedding was the first time we saw the "new" core look for Camilla, but after that, it was such a hit, that if you didn't know it, you'd think that was the only pattern the designer had.  In truth, it was such a beautiful look on her, that all they needed were variations:

What I wanted to show you here is that whether it was tunic, dress, coat or what, but the three main features: 1.) strong shoulders, 2.) nip right above the waist and some sort of button, hook or something to keep it there so that that part of the garment is always close to her body - not tight, but close, and 3.) gently flared skirt to the hem - sometimes it's flowing and soft, and sometimes it's simply a gentle flare, sometimes it's pleats, sometimes it's a different color.  But as long as it has those three features, the new queen sings like a lark.

That doesn't mean she doesn't still have her moments...if this skirt were only just a bit more flared and that jacket button at the waist was either unbutton (probably not the best look) or at the least moved to be a little less tight, and that jacket bottom were just a little more flared, this would work.

As a royal, she will be expected to wear a lot of white, and I was thrilled to see her in something like this dress - totally formal, and totally beautiful.

The most amazing thing is that she's found her style amazingly quickly and she seems to realize it and not afraid to use the same style over and over again.  I'm looking forward to many more variations of this style to appear and give us all a great sense that there's hope for everyone to look pretty.

She's not the only high-profile person to do this.

Angela Merkel also knows her style (click the photo for a larger view).

Believe it or not women who really know their style do this all the time, and most people don't even notice.  Usually it's high profile folks who have to look responsible without being frumpy and modern without being weird.  Aside from the fact that Camilla and the king are obviously happy together, she looks it totally here and flatteringly dressed to boot!

She looks stunning - in that same wonderful profile - why change when it works so well.
